Nostocia and Claudia Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This is an English translation of the Spanish terms published at nostocia.com/legal/terminos/. If the two differ, the Spanish text prevails.
1. Who provides the service
Nostocia and Claudia are provided by Skydesk International ESPJ, Tax ID E94193349, Rúa Paraíso 44, 36940 Cangas do Morrazo, Pontevedra, Spain, claudio@skydeskinternational.com, +34 886 02 07 10 ("we").
2. What the service is
Nostocia is a platform through which an organisation gives each person an assistant, Claudia, that works only for that person. Claudia reads the information that person gives it access to, prepares drafts, proposes actions and carries out those with effects outside the account (sending an email, sharing a file, creating an event with guests) only after the person approves them in the panel.
The scope, price and particular conditions for each organisation are set in the contract it signs with us. These terms govern use of the service by individual users and apply where that contract does not provide otherwise.
3. Account and access
Each account is personal. You sign in with the email address your organisation registered and with one-time codes. You are responsible for not sharing your codes or your session and for telling us if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Connecting third-party services
You may connect your Google account (Gmail, Drive and Calendar) or other services offered in the panel to Claudia. By doing so:
- you authorise Claudia to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant on the third-party service's own authorisation screen;
- you may revoke that authorisation at any time from the panel and from your account settings in the third-party service;
- use of your Google account is also governed by Google's terms, and our use of the data we receive from Google adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Claudia's actions with effects outside your account require your explicit approval. By approving an action you take responsibility for its content: Claudia prepares, you decide.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send unsolicited communications, to access accounts or data that are not yours or that you are not authorised to access, to circumvent limitations of connected services, to introduce malicious code, or for purposes contrary to the law or to third-party rights. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or endangers the service, notifying the person and their organisation unless urgency prevents it.
6. Content and ownership
The content you upload, what you write to Claudia and what Claudia produces for you belong to you or to your organisation, according to your internal arrangements. You grant us the right to process it solely to provide the service. The software, brand and materials of Nostocia and Claudia belong to us or our licensors; you acquire no rights in them beyond use of the service.
7. What you can and cannot expect
Claudia is an assistant based on artificial intelligence models. It can make mistakes, omit information or propose something inappropriate. That is why actions with external effects go through your approval, and why you must review what you approve. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we may modify the service or withdraw features with reasonable notice.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages arising from use of the service is limited to the amounts your organisation has paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to them. Nothing above limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
8. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where your organisation is the controller of the content Claudia processes, we act as processor under the agreement signed with it.
9. Term and closure
The service lasts as long as the contract with your organisation provides. You may request closure of your account at any time; when we process it, we delete your data within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you in the panel or by email with reasonable notice. The date of the last update appears at the top.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction under the law; if the user is a consumer, to the courts of their place of residence.
